In my case ( Josiewales).......The reason I have not made any comments is because I have no complaints so far,but don't think I have went to sleep on the subject of the city goverment of South Charleston.

As far as the mayor is concerned,it seems he has shook off the shackles of past mayor Ritchie Robb administrations which so far I give him credit for doing this. I also like his stance on metro goverment and bucked the power of the Kanawha county commissioners and Sen. Brooks MCabe. That act alone gave him much credibilty as a mayor with SC citizens. It also knocks Rick Atkinson out of the ball park if Atkinson ever entertains the thought of running for mayor in SC Atkinson would certainly be a pro metro canidate .And since governor Manchin vetoed the "Kanawha county"metro bill I assume the county commissioners and MCabe will put Metro goverment on the back burner.

As far as Jim and Josie going at it was Jim was always a "political party "(Republican) man and I was just a ( Independent) political person man. Jim was always tuned in to past mayor Robb for (3) things. Person...Party...And Favors. I had other political problems with Jim concerning his views on city and state and national politics, but since his health has failed I have filed it all on past history.

So, If SC mayor Frank Mullins stays on track and is fair with "all" SC citizens, I will not be complaining and posting on this and other blogs about the SC mayor and his administration. The only complaints that I am "hearing" now is about (2) present councilpersons,it was about the past flooding of houses in Spring Hill and no representation for ward 3. Speeding an traffic problems on Spring Hill avenue.

Thats it pal.....
