Pete Thaw is correct on this one. Everyone needs to stop comparing WV salaries, etc., against other states. WV cannot keep up with the Jones' because WV is dead last in everything.
When the students and schools in WV are rated at the top instead of the bottom, then, MAYBE then, should RD receive a raise.
It's not what someone or anyone is worth - IT'S WHAT THE MARKETS CAN BEAR. WV markets can't bear much more. They are topped out on taxes, excess levies, etc. WV should be dead last in NOTHING.
Say NO to Ron Duerring's raise!!
