i think people with kids in the kanawha school system should pay their taxes. but what do the people with out kids, or kids in the system get for their taxes?
i say zero. i pay taxes that go to the public schools, but am i able to go use the gym, or a school room for a social meeting, or go eat lunch there? the answer is NO. i say once your child is out of public school your taxes for schools should stop.
just a thought

Try telling the school board (with the exception of Pete Thaw) or a particular school administrator anything if you do NOT have a child in school. We who do not are supposed to just send in our money then sit down and shut up. Perhaps the worst example of socialism we have. You pay, but have nothing whatever to say about how the funds are spent. Congress has learned well the lessons taught by the school system.
