My thoughts?

One more reason for tort reform, starting with loser pays all.
I wonder who approached who in regard to filing this law suit.....

Somethin' for nothing is alive and well in WV.

I knew it would happen, the citys insurance company will pay so the family and their lawyer will collect some $$
